What we keep, and why.

This page covers how Loopnlabs ("we") handles personal information collected through this website (loopnlabs.com). It is short on purpose. We collect very little, and we'd rather you read this than skim a long document.

Loopn the product is not yet released. Once it ships, a longer privacy notice will accompany it and replace this one for product-related processing.

What we collect

On this website, today, only two things:

• Your email address, if you submit it through the access form. Nothing else from that form.
• Standard server logs from our hosting provider — your IP address, browser type, the page you requested, and the timestamp. These are generated automatically by any web server and are kept for short periods to protect the site from abuse and to help us debug problems.

We do not use analytics scripts, advertising trackers, or third-party cookies on this site. We do not build a profile of you. We do not buy data about you from anyone.

Why we collect it

Email addresses are used for one thing: to write to you when an invite to Loopn is available, and occasionally to share field notes if you've asked us to. We will not send marketing emails or share your email with anyone outside the providers listed below.

Server logs are used to keep the site running, prevent abuse, and investigate technical issues.

Where it lives

We use a small number of service providers to operate the site. They process limited information on our behalf:

• Vercel — hosts the website. Receives standard server logs.
• Formspree — receives the email address you submit through the access form and forwards it to our team inbox.
• Cloudflare — provides DNS for our domain.

These providers operate under their own privacy policies. We chose them because their practices are reasonable for what they do. We do not authorise them to use your data for their own purposes.

How long we keep it

We keep your email address until you ask us to remove it, or until we close the project — whichever comes first. Server logs are retained by our hosting provider for short periods and rotated automatically.

Your rights

You can ask us, at any time, to:

• Tell you what information we hold about you;
• Correct anything that is wrong;
• Delete your information from our systems and ask our providers to do the same.

Email hello@loopnlabs.com with the request. We will respond within a reasonable period — usually within a few days. These rights reflect protections under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Children

This site is not intended for people under the age of 18. Please do not submit your email address if you are under 18.

Disclosures we may have to make

We will share information only if a court order, lawful request from a competent authority, or applicable law requires it. We will tell you about it where we are permitted to do so.

Changes to this notice

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and update the effective date at the top. The current version is always the version at this URL.
