What we hold.

Your email and name from sign-in. Everything you write or say inside Loopn — chats, journal entries, voice notes. Basic usage information (how often you use Loopn, which parts, what kind of device). Standard server logs.

What your words may contain.

People write about their feelings, their relationships, their health, their lives. Loopn treats all of it as private content. We never sell it, never show ads against it, and never share it for marketing.

Where your content goes, honestly.

Loopn cannot think on its own. To reply to you and to remember, your content is processed by the AI providers we use: Anthropic, OpenAI, and Google. Voice notes are sent for transcription. Your data is stored with Supabase on servers in Mumbai, India. The current list of AI providers always lives on this page — and if we ever add one, Loopn will ask your permission again inside the app before any of your content reaches it.

How it's kept.

Your content is stored securely, and the most personal derived material is additionally encrypted.

Leaving, for real.

Delete your account at loopnlabs.com/delete-account. Your account and everything in it is deleted, with no copy kept.

Emails and messages.

Product updates and offers only if you ticked the box — untick any time.

When this page changes.

We update it here. If a change matters to what happens with your content, Loopn asks you again in the app rather than assuming.
