Using this site.

These terms apply to your use of loopnlabs.com ("the site"). Loopnlabs ("we") owns and runs the site. By using the site, you accept these terms. If you don't, please don't use the site.

Loopn is available on iPhone and Android. Nothing on this site is itself an offer, contract, or guarantee of access to the app — the app has its own terms, presented to you at sign-up. The Subscriptions section below describes what applies once you subscribe to Loopn Premium.

What you can do

You can read the site and share links to it. You can quote short excerpts from our writing with attribution.

What you can't do

• Scrape, mirror, or republish the site at scale;
• Attempt to disrupt the site or get around its security;
• Pretend to be us, or imply we've endorsed something we haven't;
• Use the site to harass anyone or to do anything illegal.

What's ours

The text, images, and code on this site are owned by Loopnlabs unless we say otherwise. The Loopn name, the wordmark, and the Ripple Bindu mark are ours. We're not granting you a licence to reuse them. If you'd like to write about us or quote from us, that's fine within the limits of fair dealing under Indian copyright law; please link back if you do.

Subscriptions

Loopn offers a Free plan and a paid plan, Loopn Premium. This section covers what applies once you subscribe to Loopn Premium through the app.

What you get

Both plans include a monthly amount covering everything Loopn does on your behalf — replying to you, processing what you write, transcribing voice notes, and the background work Loopn does afterwards to keep its memory of you accurate and current. Loopn Premium provides a substantially larger monthly amount than Free; it is not unlimited. Your amount resets at the start of each billing period. If you reach the end of it before the reset, you can always write new entries and read everything you've already written — only Loopn's replies pause, until your amount refills or you move to Premium.

Billing and price

Loopn Premium is billed in advance, monthly or yearly depending on what you choose, through your Apple App Store or Google Play account. The price is the one shown to you in the app and confirmed by the store before you buy — we don't set or collect payment ourselves, and the price shown always reflects your own region and currency. Where a tax applies to your purchase, the store adds it; we don't control that.

New subscribers may see an introductory price for an initial period. If one is offered to you, its terms — the price and how long it lasts — are shown to you before you buy.

Auto-renewal

Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you turn off auto-renewal first. Apple and Google both require you to do this at least 24 hours before the current period ends for it to take effect in time. Your payment method is charged for the renewal at the price you agreed to when you subscribed, or a new price we've told you about in advance.

Cancelling

You can cancel any time in your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings — that's where the subscription was set up, and it's the fastest way to manage it. Cancelling stops future renewals; it doesn't end your access early. You keep Loopn Premium through the end of the period you've already paid for, then your account moves to the Free plan. Nothing you've written is ever deleted because you cancelled — your entries, your people, and everything Loopn remembers stay exactly as they were. Only the larger monthly amount and anything Premium-only go away.

Refunds

Refunds for purchases made through the App Store or Google Play are handled by Apple or Google under their own refund policies, not by us — they hold your payment details and process the transaction, so they're the ones who can reverse it. If you believe you were charged in error, start with the store you subscribed through.

Price changes

If we change the price of Loopn Premium, we'll tell you before it applies to you, and it will only take effect on a renewal after that notice — never retroactively on a period you've already paid for.

No warranty

We provide the site "as is" and make no promises about it being available, accurate, complete, or free of errors. You use the site at your own discretion. We can change, suspend, or take down the site at any time.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, Loopnlabs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising out of your use of the site, including loss of data or profits. If a court finds we are liable despite this, our total liability is limited to ₹1,000.

Links to other sites

We sometimes link to research papers, articles, and tools we find useful. We don't control those sites and we're not responsible for what they say or do.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute relating to the site will be heard by the courts of India.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always the version at this URL, with the effective date at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the change.
