These terms apply to your use of loopnlabs.com ("the site"). Loopnlabs ("we") owns and runs the site. By using the site, you accept these terms. If you don't, please don't use the site.

Loopn the product is not yet released. Nothing on this site is an offer, contract, or guarantee of access to a product. When the product ships, separate product terms will apply and will be presented to you at sign-up.

What you can do

You can read the site, share links to it, and submit your email if you'd like to be considered for early access. You can quote short excerpts from our writing with attribution.

What you can't do

• Scrape, mirror, or republish the site at scale;
• Attempt to disrupt the site or get around its security;
• Pretend to be us, or imply we've endorsed something we haven't;
• Use the site to harass anyone or to do anything illegal.

What's ours

The text, images, and code on this site are owned by Loopnlabs unless we say otherwise. The Loopn name, the wordmark, and the Ripple Bindu mark are ours. We're not granting you a licence to reuse them. If you'd like to write about us or quote from us, that's fine within the limits of fair dealing under Indian copyright law; please link back if you do.

No warranty

We provide the site "as is" and make no promises about it being available, accurate, complete, or free of errors. You use the site at your own discretion. We can change, suspend, or take down the site at any time.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, Loopnlabs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising out of your use of the site, including loss of data or profits. If a court finds we are liable despite this, our total liability is limited to ₹1,000.

Links to other sites

We sometimes link to research papers, articles, and tools we find useful. We don't control those sites and we're not responsible for what they say or do.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute relating to the site will be heard by the courts of India.
