Campus terms and conditions.

These terms apply when you request a spot at a Loopn campus event, check in at one, or give us feedback afterwards ("the campus programme"), and when you ask us to bring Loopn to your college. "We", "us" and "Loopn" mean Loopn Labs Private Limited. By ticking the box on the form you accept these terms. They sit alongside our site terms, our privacy policy and the terms of the Loopn app.

Who can take part

• You must be 18 or above.
• You must be a student of the college that runs the event, or be taking part at its invitation.
• You must give true details. If you don't, we can remove you from the programme and cancel your free month.

Requesting a spot and checking in

Requesting a spot isn't a guarantee of one. Seats are limited, and we'll email you to confirm. We may move, rename, cap or cancel an event, and we'll tell you if we do. Your welcome offer is linked to the personal email you share, so please give the correct one. When you arrive, you check in by scanning the event QR code and entering your mobile number and personal email. We then take you straight to Loopn: the Google Play page on Android, or the Loopn web app on iPhone and other phones.

The two free weeks

• When you attend an event, complete the feedback form we send you afterwards, and post a photo from the event on your Instagram story tagging @loopnlabs, you get two weeks of Loopn free.
• You add your Instagram handle to the feedback form, and we look for your story tagged @loopnlabs. By posting it you let us repost your story and photo on our own channels, with credit to your handle. You can ask us to take it down at any time.
• It's two free weeks, once in your lifetime. You can't get another by attending more events, using a different email or account, or taking part at another college.
• We send the feedback link only to people who checked in at the event, matched by the mobile number and emails you registered with. The link is personal to you and works once.
• The two weeks start once you've done all of that and your Loopn account is linked, and last 14 days. It ends on its own, and we won't charge you when it ends.
• It has no cash value and can't be exchanged or transferred.
• We can withhold or withdraw the two free weeks if your details are false, if you've already received one, or if the feedback form is clearly not completed in good faith.
• We can change or end this offer at any time. Anyone who has already received their two weeks keeps it.

What we collect, and why

We collect your name, mobile number, personal email, whether you attended, your feedback and answers, and your Instagram handle. If you registered before 16 October 2026, we may also hold the college email, age band, city, course and year of study you gave then. We use them to run events, confirm your spot, check you in, give you the two free weeks, understand what students need, and improve Loopn. Your answers may be used in combined, non-identifying form in our own research and reports. We don't sell your details. Only the Loopn team and the services that help us run the programme (for example sending messages, hosting and storing data) can see them.

Staying in touch: SMS, email and WhatsApp

By accepting these terms you agree that Loopn may contact you by SMS, email and WhatsApp, using the mobile number and emails you gave us, for:

• your registration, confirmations, reminders, check-in, feedback link and free weeks (service messages);
• news about Loopn, new features and the Sunday letter;
• more campus events and invitations;
• offers, promotions and surveys, which are marketing messages.

This agreement applies even if your number is registered on a Do Not Disturb or similar list. You can stop marketing messages at any time: reply STOP to a text or WhatsApp message, use the unsubscribe link in an email, or write to hello@loopnlabs.com. Stopping marketing doesn't affect your two free weeks. We may still send you service messages about your registration and account.

Photos and videos

We may take photos and videos at events and use them on our website, social media and promotional material. If you'd rather not appear, tell an ambassador at the event or write to us, and we'll leave you out or take you out of anything we've published.

Deleting your details

Write to hello@loopnlabs.com any time to see, correct or delete your details, and we'll do it. Deleting your details ends your place and any unused free weeks.

Loopn is not therapy

Loopn is a journal and an AI that remembers the people in your life. It isn't medical, psychological or crisis care and doesn't replace talking to a professional. If you're having a hard time, please reach out to someone you trust or your college's counselling cell.

Our responsibility

To the extent the law allows, Loopn isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the campus programme. Nothing here limits any right you have by law. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes will be heard by the courts of India.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms. The current version is always the one at this address, with the date at the top. Questions: hello@loopnlabs.com.
